"Alex removed poorly installed floor tile, and then installed floor, shower wall, and shower floor tile. He did an excellent job. Great attention to detail, very communicative, and did everything he could to fulfill my requests. He knows his stuff and offered advice and explained why he was doing what he was doing. I couldn't be happier with the result, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone."

"I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."
