"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "Not well. Windows not to code. Multiple windows missing springs which allow you to open. Owner out of town when called. Springs not on hand as these were custom windows. These were knowingly installed with no springs. I wanted to open all windows to air out a/c vents due to a covid scare. No such luck. I feel suckered. Also covid precaution video is crap. Workers had masks around necks. Sales lady (unmasked) said 98% of work done outside. Wrong. In house all day. I would not have installed now had I known the truth. Do your homework. I didnt. Suckered. Over priced also."
