He and one other helper cleaned approximately twenty windows, inside and out, and put the screens back on the windows, both upstairs and downstairs, after cleaning.  They did exactly what they advertised they would do for the advertised price.

I thought It was the whole window exterior but because it was two pieces of glass, that was not the case.  That is my judgment error.  They cleaned great and left no mess.

They were acceptable but I wouldn't use them again. This company was not nearly as satisfactory. They did the job but it was a minimal quality. It was fair. It was very close to what I like. For the type of their work it was reasonable. They were there when they said they would be. They were going to work immediately. I was happy.

It was fine. It wasn't outstanding but it was fine. I have a really tall window and they didn't have the equipment to really reach a tall window but beside that it was okay. They were just average. I'm going back to the one I'm always use.

The window cleaning was fast and quality good. The pricing can be misleading as they count top pane and bottom pane as 2 windows. If you want to add more windows it's 6 dollars a pane 12 dollars a window. That was not the issue. The issue was they came on wrong date they were scheduled and when they called to schedule it was 18 days out. I voiced a concern about days out and the manager had attitude .he said I can return your money. I'm not going to do if you are threatening to give a bad rating. He was rude and not friendly. Maybe they had too much work and dint need me as a customer

Everything went fine. They were very clear about what was included for the big deal. We could of added on services for extra costs. We just decided to have them complete the inside of our windows. The cleaners were professional and went right to work. They don't come across as very friendly but they are not unfriendly either. We would probably use them again.

It went okay. They cleaned 11 windows and it took them about 2 hours to do the work. There were a few stumbling blocks initially, but once he came out, everything was fine.

They were on time and although I was expecting them to upsell, they did all the windows for the Angie's list coupon price. They cleaned up and did not need to use the hoses. the only thing I would do differently is remove the hard water scale myself with white vinegar because there was a charge for that. Very professional and a pleasant experience.

Arrived on time. Cleaned several windows. Very satisfied. Windows were very dirty from birds flying into them. We had attempted to clean windows ourselves with windex and water hose but only made them look worse.

They did a good job but they were slow and expensive (however I had a Big Deal coupon) which made the price reasonable. Therefore due to the cost I would not use them again since they charged separate for every little thing they did.
I do not remember the date they did the work- however I think it was in 2013.
