It's a fun, well-organized, skill building time that allows our customers to save on costs by recruiting voluntary labor (the U Crew) for basic activities associated with the project instead of paying for a full Maston Designs© crew to do specific work that most anyone can do. Similarly to helping someone move, a Fence Party© U Crew is comprised of volunteer friends, family, and neighbors. It is a community-building event with good food and fun while helping with some basic labor. OUR REASON FOR STARTING: Many fences have been built in the recent years throughout North Texas. Within a few months a large portion of them develop structural and/or aesthetic problems. A fence is an investment that is supposed to improve a home's value and security for years to come; however, an investment that prematurely deteriorates is an asset that quickly converts into a liability. Price for parts is not generally due till after repair. Depending on price, shipping, availability/abundance, or customer preference.Labor rate $49.95/hr but most repairs are completed in an hr. In some cases we will ask that you put a percentage down before we can start work; if down payment is needed we will explain why at that time. We do Free estimates.

"This company did amazing work on the condo that needed a lot done. The kitchen was so dated - he came up with the idea to do concrete countertops, and then pick up the gray in the concrete with the paint on the cabinets and the grout on the subway tile. He also replaced counter tops in the bathrooms, totally redid the main bathroom, replaced all flooring except two bedrooms and hall (he found a carpet guy that did a really nice job). Very, very pleased."
