I had called another company and waited ten days for a written estimate. After numerous calls I gave up and looked on Angi. They replied right away. Did an estimate within a few minutes. They sent a copy of their LLC so I felt more comfortable. And agreed to a service day, and to drive from very far away to do the work. Richard did a wonderful job changing out all the door hardware on all of our doors with locks. We plan to have him out again for other work.

Terrible contractor, they did not match any of the existing baseboard, did not caulk, did not paint, and the areas they did paint, they got paint all over everything else that was not part of the job. ZERO communication, I had to call every single time. He kept changing the price on me during the course of the project because he way under bid himself, then kept claiming that because he liked me he was giving me a good price. Ugh...what a scammer! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

DO NOT HIRE! These people told me they knew what they were doing and I paid an extra $450 on top of the already agreed to and signed contract of $4250 because they had to tile the shower floor. Which was already in the signed scope of work. When they were done with the job, the drain pan in the shower was not installed and sealed correctly so it leaked into the downstairs kitchen, damaging the Sheetrock in the ceiling of the kitchen. He refused to accept responsibility for it and tried to blame the plumber, even when proven where the water was pouring out of. The drain hole for the plumbing had been plugged up to test and water was still coming out on all sides of the drain pan, which they installed. After he gave his word about coming back to correct it, he blocked our numbers and refused to text back. His last text to us was that he was lining his guys up and checking their schedules. Then nothing. Now we have to pay another contractor to fix his mistake! I have a full detail of everything done daily, as well as videos and photos of daily progress. I also have video of him yelling at the plumber trying to blame him when he knew it was faulty installation of the drain pan!! If I had read the post from 1/2/24, that he recently removed from here, we would not have hired him!! A costly lesson. If I could give him negative stars, I would!! Weâ ll see how long this one is up!

Hired 11/18/23 to fix two house window tracts. He seemed pleasant and courteous. He disassembled the windows and took pieces to order replacement parts. We paid him $150 deposit. He never returned. We have made multiple text messages and phone calls asking that he please complete the job. Initially, he replied with appointment dates that he never kept. Now, he has stopped responding completely. We were dealing directly with Richard ?Ricky? Smith thru his cell number that he gave us. We are really hoping he would just come complete the job. Can anyone help?

Thatâ s exactly what this small company delivers: first-class residential door and window caulking, sealing and threshold replacements. I expect that over the next 12 months I will recover in electricity charge savings the full amount of the cost of their weather-stripping work.
