We communicated with Eliza and Collin but the corrected drafts were inaccurate as well. All we were trying to do was convert a golf cart garage to a closet and connect an existing bathroom to that closet, which would have increased our square footage from 1,490 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft. We sent the accurate measurements that we took ourselves to Eliza on November 18, 2025. Today is December 29, and despite a follow up call to Collin a few weeks ago we still haven?t heard anything from her. Fortunately we only spent a few thousand dollars on these clowns and have now found a reputable local company who has many more five star reviews on Yelp and this site. Avoid them at all costs!!"
