My complaint is company will not respond to me text and calls to discuss resolution of damage to my property by their technician. I need this company to be ethical and professional and replace the damaged parts caused by them. I’m sure not intentional I’m wondering if they have insurance because they should have been prompt to respond. I trusted them in my home for repairs and dryer was damaged during the process of dismantling for repair. They should have acknowledged the damage on the spot instead of running out ghosting me. I did agree to do the repairs at first, however after the guy left, i did some research on the costs and I contacted the repairman to questioned the cost for the parts. He said he would proved a breakdown of the charges but that was never provided. I was never shown the bad part nor was the final repairs shown to me so I have no proof that a part was actually replaced. I had to request a reply to my inquiries multiple times which added to the frustration that I didn?t think more about how the costs were presented. I do take partial blame for my dissatisfaction but do believe I was overcharged for the service provided."
