Jacob was EXTREMELY helpful during this process. I had an issue that was making my computer unusable, and Jacob was able to identify the issue, let me know what was happening throughout the entire process, and worked with me on payment. When he dropped off the PC, he explained what the issue was, potential future PC upgrades that would help, and offered remote assistance, if necessary. This is the second time that I've used RZR Solutions, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone that I know for fast, reliable results.
