Advanced Satellite Systems & Home Theater

I think I've had Tom at both of our homes and he's done everything from TV mounts to full home theater installs. Some of the jobs are really easy for him and some of the jobs are rather difficult especially when running cables. He's very punctual and easy to communicate with. There are always issues with every project whether it's audio-visual stuff to building a pool but Tom and his son always communicate and let you know the solutions and associated cost prior to performing the work. I really do believe that the cost is a phenomenal value. I've left the house open for him while I'm not there and he goes above and beyond and takes care of my dog and sends me a picture of the closed garage door when he leaves the home. Highly highly recommend Tom!

The installer was personable and knowledgeable. He helped me cut the cable with this attic install. I am still only using the electronic antenna and saving thousands of dollars annually over cable TV! Very happy!

Tom is very knowledgeable and dependable. He helped troubleshoot problems with our home theater right before Thanksgiving. He helped us find the right projector to suit our needs. Also went out of his way to install it before the big football game with family coming to town. Most impressive trait is he’s a great communicator. We highly recommend him.

Service was very quick. However, the person showed up 5 hours late. I took time off of work for the appointment and could have worked a full day had I known he would be showing up so late. No discount or anything to make up for being 5 hours later than the timeframe that was communicated.

I thought I had a good antenna already, but that it was just pointed incorrectly. I was wrong. A new antenna at a reasonable price fixed all my problems.
