For example, when he built my stairs for my back porch, I told him they were only going to be temporary, but he explained to me, no matter if it’s temporary or permanent, safety is the main Priority. He also built them to my specifications with only a 5 inch rise instead of the standard 7 inch rise, which makes it much easier for me to be able to get up and down my steps. Over several years our front door began sticking and the deadbolt lock was not properly closing.  Rick came out and after several attempts to adjust the door determined that the door installation required a reinstall.  He took the frame apart and explained the poor job previously done on installation.  He re-set the door, installed insulation and reinstalled the frame.  His work quality was outstanding.  He was very responsive, timely and his price was very fair for the work that he performed.  I intend to use him again.

The coupon did not included the ceiling but the extra charge was very reasonable. I had other quotes that wanted more than twice the amount I paid for this job and the quality was excelent. When the finish they cleaned everything and it was like they were never there. They do asked me to empty the room, I had already emptied the room so no biggy but its something to consider.

"The entire experience was fantastic.  Brian was very communicative and reliable.  The ceiling in the master bedroom suffered no movement despite having large sections of the outer wall replaced incrementally.  Once the support structures were removed, the walls closed in and textured and I finished the painting, you really can't tell there was any work done.  We're still ecstatic, even two years later.
