UPDATE: Collin reached out and made plans to address the sod , lower sodded area at the sidewalk and the damage to sprinkler. So far the latter is corrected. Again they did reach out and sent someone out to address some of the concerns : the height of sod at sidewalk, bringing it back to itâ s original height, brown sodded areas and sprinkler . The sprinkler is for sure fixed ¦.thankful and grateful for that The 1st 2 concerns mentioned regarding the sod were addressed but the final results are not in. Appreciate the call back and follow up. I still can not say that I would recommend or use again, but I do appreciate the follow up and hope that Collin stays on top of it until it is resolved and hopefully in a timely manner. Perhaps if the customer service and response time was as prompt as the initial response during bidding, I could say and rate differently, and I truly wish that I had because I love helping, sharing spreading the word and experience so others who may have the same need can know about the experience but unfortunately, I I did not receive the 5 star service others rave about, and had me sold on even getting an estimate from this company. Unsure why I didnâ t receive the 5 star service, maybe it was timing . I can not say. I can say I am willing to give others a chance to make corrections and see the process through but there is a limit . Hopefully this revisit will address most of the concerns, if not, we are prepared to make it right and count this as a loss and lesson learned. They were punctual in reference to getting the quote to us and getting the bid. Crew showed up on time. All were kind professional for the time I interacted with them. I believe there were a lot of things missed in communication. As I had to tell them where my stones should go and some plants which they did without an issue. However, there were / are a few issues with the project we can not get a solution from the owner, Collin, who was our contact person from start. I truly wish I had a better experience as the ones I have read prior to hiring this company. Unfortunately I did not have the 4-5 star experience. Unsure if it was because it was an end of the year project, but nonetheless, that should not matter. We are NOT pleased ; only want them to return to make it right. Our other projects have been put on hold because of this bad experience. I truly hope there is some good news response to make this correct. Some of the issues: Plants/ bushes smaller than I understood them to be with the exception of 1 tree. NOT asking for those to be replaced. We count that loss. The flowerbed was supposed to be build up and leveled again was repeated visualized but it did not happen .Collin looked at it and stated that is not what was meant by build up. The sod is not green we understand it takes time but it appears to have weeds and lots of brown. Where our flower bed was now sod there are plants growing up that were suppose to be moved to another flower bed. The sod at the walk way / curb is shorter than the original height is extremely obvious when looking at entire picture of our neighbors next to ours. Several emails , texts and pictures been sent to Collin in addition to a phone call which he suggested my husband spray the plants with plant/ weed killer and that we allow time for the sod to turn green. While working on my yard they accidentally cut the cord on my nativity set which no one noticed or remembered to let us know, instead we found out when it did not light up that night. Collin offered to try to fix it, once returned we plugged it up to see if it works, it lit up, but season was over. So we will see this year. Not at all satisfied with this service and definitely not customer service. Can not/ will not recommend.
