He understood what we wanted, commenting "I see you know just what you want" and gave us his estimate quickly. Each "crew" he had out, pouring the foundation, framing, bricklaying, and finishing, did their job in a professional manner. I know enough to know they were all experts in their fields. A couple of misunderstandings about what we wanted with the workers were corrected by Roy right away.
