"From my initial contact with the Sales Rep (Ahmad) to the installation and final touches performed on the house, this company did a GREAT JOB. Ahmad was professional, responsive, and on his visits and consultations to my home was very receptive to what we wanted to do with our home. He had a, "We'll find a way to make it happen". The price quoted was very fair in the spectrum of quotes we received for the work.
Our job was not easy or typical as we previously had a very poor installation of tile flooring and fireplace done by another company, whereby we wanted a completely new fireplace and a lot of repair work done on the tile. Ahmad offered up some great ideas regarding the fireplace, which turned out great (stacked stone instead of tile). The flooring installers came out and offered up some great ideas as well, including putting a tile border along the base of our kitchen cabinets in order to match the floor (we previously had "ugly" toe board that was peeling off of the cabinets). 
The installers also worked on installing laminate flooring for enormous portions of our house, including a stair case which turned out beautifully. We found a few minor errors in the installation...upon calling Ahmad he had the installers out in no time to make the repairs free of charge (note these were very minor issues/preference items).
The entirety of the job took about a week as it was a large project. Overall we are *VERY* satisfied with our new floors and fireplace and would certainly recommend them and will be using them again."

"Charles was referred to me when I had difficulty locating a contractor to install a new gas fireplace in my bedroom. Charles framed out and oversaw the installation of the fireplace. He was a complete professional, making improvements, and handling project changes quickly. He and Frank cleaned the work area every evening. In short, he exceeded my expectations."

"Everything went as planned and were finished prior to the timeline that was set out from the beginning. Roberto is very good at what he does and keeps you updated during all phases of the process. We wrestled with the idea of going cheaper and hiring out each phase of the renovation and doing our own general contracting work, but we are very glad we hired Roberto and his guys to help us instead.
