"Dean was professional. He called a few hours ahead to say that he was running a little late and asked me if I still wanted him to come that day or wanted to reschedule to a different day. When he came, he went about his work in a quiet manner. He showed me pictures of some minor repairs that needed to be done on the siding of the chimney stack but said that he wouldn't be able to do siding and advised me to call a siding person. He said the roof itself was in good shape. He applied sealant at all the possible leak points. Nice professional guy.

We called and they took a while to get out and give us an estimate. They took a while to get out and do the repair. They were supposed to the same color back up that was on there but they put a different color on there. Our Home Owners Association called and said,'You have a wrong color roof.' And I said, 'Well am not taking it off.' So, they have to put a different color up there next time. Shame on them for doing the wrong color.That is why they get a B. Home Owners wasn't happy.
