Ray came by to assess my roof for leaks. Found the source and was able to fix it that day. He even painted the metal parts, going above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend. He was reasonable and professional.

They came to repair the roof after hurricane Beryl rather quickly . After the repairs we are still having issues with leaking in one area of the house , they came back the same day to fix it and they thought the issue was resolved but after another rainstorm it is still leaking . The owner has reassured us that they will be come back soon to see why itâ s still leaking and do the necessary repairs .

To me Ray was a God sent pray answer. I was getting all the high prices from contractors and it really scared me because I didnâ t have the money and insurances are cheating people out of their claim. Ray and his crew came out on a Sunday when our town was completely flooded. Checked out the job, gave us a quote and came back the next day and did the job and stuck to his quote. A great experience, he did the job last week and I hesitated to put anything up until we are absolutely certain the roof did not leak. in that week, we got about 12 inches of rain and none of it came through the roof!

My aging roof received a quite but of damage and a lot of missing shingles with this last hurricane . A day after the storm I called multiple roofing companies only to be put on a waiting list and 3 weeks later I still have not heard from any of them but Top Central Roofing contacted me last week to set up a time to for estimate . They came the same day they called and within just a few hours and was on time at the time they stated they would be here and repairs were completed the next day . Unfortunately a week after repairs , my aging roof decided it was gonna start leaking again to no fault of their repair work . I called them back to let them know I was having issues again and within 4 hours they came back to fix what they believe is causing the leaking again .. The crazy thing is it was a rainy day but they still came to do the work . Their customer service is outstanding and they stand behind their work and guarantee it . I’m thankful they contacted us as no other roofing company I contacted has yet to contact me back 3 weeks after the storm . We will definitely call on Top Central Roofing anytime we need repairs on our very old roof and when do have a new roof installed they will be the ones we call . I would for sure recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement .
