Dean came out and measured the chimney. A few weeks later he called to inform us the local shop that does the building of the chimney cap had lost the measurements. He informed us that they were just written on a piece of paper, no copies or anything. The company that builds these did not even call him. So, he comes out to measure again. A few weeks ago he mentioned that it should be ready and that when the weather is nice they will install it. The weather was nice all week and no installation.
