"Kelley's Painting did a great job!  The owner and crew were very professional, respectful of the property, worked quickly and seemed to enjoy their work.  They were personable, and easy to work with.  They finished the job in the time specified, and cleaned up the area when finished.  We got three bids to paint our home, and although Kelley's was not the cheapest, we believe the quality of their work was well worth the extra expense.  This is true especially because they did not use paint sprayers as some other/cheaper companies.  We saw them paint our neighbor's house and they did a great job, then hired them to paint our house, and would hire them again in the future.

"We needed to repair a large crack in our wall that continued onto the ceiling due to settling in the house. And we needed to do it quickly in order to get our house ready to sell. Plano/Richardson Home Improvement was able to fit us in their schedule immediately and complete the work in three days. They did a great job, and even touched up a few doorframe cracks in the room also! But what really surprised me is that I asked him about some patching up that needed to be done around a bathroom light, and that maybe we could have him back later to repair it. A few days after the work was all done, I noticed that he had patched up that light too and surprised me! Wow! I am so impressed with Plano/Richardson Home Improvement!

"Pros- Small family business. Trustworthy. Great job on tile work. Always left areas clean and removed debris. Painting was completed by a subcontractor whose painting was well prepped, neat, and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Price was reasonable. Cons- only worked a few hours a day, so project took longer than anticipated (did work on Saturdays). Some errors/setbacks in plumbing and hanging shower doors, but most problems were resolved. Problems communicating with homeowner about some details like where to hang mirrors or towel racks. Overestimated materials needed such as amount of paint and tile. Tape/bed and drywall a little sloppy in one bathroom. (Cost of materials was not included in price - labor only)"
