"Cerdas Painting did a superior job in all aspects of painting 6 rooms and a hallway. Had them remove 'popcorn' ceiling texture from 4 rooms. They supplied samples of paint which ended up true to what we got. All trims were clean with straight edges. They always let me know when they would be here and never delayed the job for any reason. These people worked very hard with just a lunch break and long hours. We were able to live in our house while the work was being done. Jason was so kind and considerate while the work was being done it was a welcome change from other teams we have used in the past. They were not the cheapest but were great with the quality and there is not need fix anything afterwards. Cleanup was quick and complete. I will be using them again!"

"I chose Rhino Energy Solutions to install my radiant barrier and insulation after getting several quotes from some of the top rated Angie's List insulation experts in my area.  Rhino's overall price was about the same as the other quotes, but their quote included several other services that the other companies did not include; their quote included replacing a thermostat regulated attic exhaust fan, install a second vent fan over an obscure part of the roof, and inspect and reseal all of our duct work whereas the other quotes did not.

First of all I must say that Dirk Elliott was extremely helpful and professional at every step of the process, from the first time he came out to provide us a quote, to the continued correspondence even after all services were performed. He had the utmost respect for my family, our home, and our privacy.

I must have had good timing because it turns out I was able to meet almost the entire Elliott family during the morning the services were performed.  It seemed some of the family was up from San Antonio for a visit and they were all heavily involved during the entire installation (we live in the Fort Worth area).  All in all I believe I met Dirk's father, at least two of his brothers (maybe more), and his son.  You would be hard pressed to find a nicer group of folks.  I hope I didn't slow down their progress by talking to them so much.

The work was performed very quickly, cleanly, thoroughly, and with a joyful heart.  I was glad the weather was somewhat decent that weekend.  They were even nice enough to let my kids peek in on their progress from time to time.

With the memory of last summer's heat wave, I will very interested to compare our utility bills this year to what it was last year.  I'm the kind of guy who goes out each evening at 6:00pm (I have a reminder set on my smartphone) to go and log my meter reading for the last 24 hours into my Excel spreadsheet.  Yes, I know I can get the same data off my electric company's website, but I just like to be thorough.  What I can tell you is that in the one room where we installed the most insulation, we can already tell a world of difference!  Before, that room was almost unusable because it was so susceptible to outside temperatures (I'm not exaggerating in the least).  Now it remains the same temperature as the rest of the house all the time! 

I would definitely recommend anyone in the DFW metroplex strongly consider calling Rhino Energy Solutions to perform their insulation services.  They were so great, I wish I could hire them to do all of the other things I have on my home "to do" list!  Brilliant job Elliott family!"

"Our game room is large at 21 x 13 ft. and has a 10' high multi-level ceiling. The paint job that Dream Renovations (DR) performed is superb. The detail work on the paned french doors and molding is perfect. The painter did it free hand! Cain (owner DR) assisted in the paint selection based on his experience with current color trends.
We had carpet in the game room. DR tore out and disposed of it. DR placed 275 sq. ft. of 18" square porcelain tile. Again, Cain assisted us in selection of tile to blend with our 12" sq. ceramic tile in our adjacent hallway. His suggestion to stagger the tile placement was right on! Along with suggestion of the small mosaic tile along the threshold separating the existing tile from the new tile looks great. In addition. Cain coordinated well with the pool table movers.
We did our research on competitive pricing for this project. We have used DR in the past to fix some rotted sheet-rock  in our master shower and re-tile and paint the room. Both projects fit our budget which Cain always discusses in detail with options. The shower work was prior to Christmas week and house guests. DR came to our rescue.
DR provides quality workmanship and the tile installers and painters are really nice guys that that we enjoy having in our home. Cain knows how to manage his jobs and complete the work within our budget and schedule.
We cannot wait to have them back to do our counter tops and more painting! Highly recommended.

"I emailed Charles Means a detailed description of the house (size of each room and overall square footage).
He provided me with a ballpark estimate over the phone and we scheduled a date for the work to be done.
I had allowed one week between my closing date and my move in date to have all the popcorn removed from the ceilings, have ceilings repainted and crown moulding replaced. My closing date was a bit of a moving target and Charles was flexible in scheduling the start date for me.
Charles' crew showed up at 8 a.m. on day one (as promised) and covered every floor, wall, cabinet etc. in plastic to ensure nothing was damaged in the process. All the popcorn was removed and new plaster applied to the ceilings on the first day (Thursday). All the ceilings were primed and painted on Friday. When I went to inspect their work on Friday evening, all the plastic had been removed, the house was spotless. I was particularly impressed by the fact that my kitchen sink looked especially clean and shiny. Apparently they had cleaned some paint brushes in the sink and took the trouble to scour it before they left.
I was so happy with their work that I asked them to install the crown mouldings for me. They came back the following Tuesday to do the mouldings. I prepaid for the materials at my local Home Depot. They picked everything up and had the job finished in about five hours. If I had done the job myself as I had originally planned, it would have been a week or more for me to finish in my spare time.
They even took back the excess materials to Home Depot for me and had it credited to my card.
