"We contracted with Sigma to do a plain welded panel gate and fence panels. While they were here getting ready to pour the track and footers, I was telling them about a gate a friend of ours has. It's laser cut steel and we've always really admired it but didn't think we could afford it. A couple of days later, Sigma called to say they'd like to work with us and do a laser cut steel gate for close to the same price we'd negotiated. We were surprised and just delighted. We designed the steel panel design ourselves, which took a few weeks, and then the steel fabricators took a few more. 
This installation ended up taking longer than we had expected, but we can hardly complain. The quality of the installation is great and we couldn't be more happy with the way everything turned out. Definitely one of the best contractor experiences we've ever had."

"After providing an estimate, the installer came to measure for each gate. I provided the Sherwin Williams code for the paint. I gave them a days notice so the fence posts would be installed prior to the new driveway was poured I then called and told them that the driveway was completed and they installed and painted both gates. The gates look great and make getting one of my dogs into the car much easier because I don't have to put a lease on him. It was not fun chasing this dog that loves to run down the street before coming home to get a treat."

"These guys were fantastic from beginning to end. Ryan showed up on time and was very thorough in discussing and addressing my needs and was very prompt with his quote. He even warned me in advance that they would probably be slightly more than the competition. After researching many companies I still chose Tim's based on far less negative reviews, despite the slightly higher cost. I could not be happier, it was totally worth it. This is easily the best quality fence I have ever seen. The work was completed on time with no issues and no surprise extra cost items that always seem to creep into jobs. I had a special request to install dogproofing along the fence to prevent 3 big, determined, dogs from chewing through or digging under. The guys designed a fence that my dogs will NOT be able to get through and that still looks great inside and out. I am especially happy with the gate, which had to be modified on the fly due to unforeseen issues. The guys were able to make all the modifications on site with no delays. Thanks guys - now I know who to call with all my fencing needs!"

"The work went well, once it was scheduled they turned up on time and did a good job replacing boards, securing loose parts and fixing a broken gate.
The scheduling was a nightmare. The $217 for Wooden Fence Maintenance Package coupon was purchased on the 6th of June 2014.
Once purchased, I was advised that they would scheduled sometime in July once they had a few more jobs in my area to schedules at the same time.
Eventually, we gave up waiting and started calling repeatedly, and yes it took numerous calls, to schedule.
Finally the work was completed on the 19th Aug 2014.
