"Maria did a walkthrough of our home and helped us discover mold in our walls immediately after the hurricane. She promptly brought in someone to rip out the impacted walls. She brought in the teams needed to replace our floors as well. The process was very quick and the end result was very good. We get compliments all the time on how great our house now looks. "Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.

"Michael with "Master Craftsman" did a great job installing a 22' Large Lvl header beam in my Living room along with recess lighting.  Repaired the sheet rock texture and painted.  We are very satisfied with the quality of his work and plan on having do other renovations in our home."

"Very well. Rotted supports were replaced with new support posts and they were cemented to provided extra strength and longevity. Extra care was provided to make sure the cover was attached to the house structure. Finished off nicely."

"Everything went as planned and were finished prior to the timeline that was set out from the beginning. Roberto is very good at what he does and keeps you updated during all phases of the process. We wrestled with the idea of going cheaper and hiring out each phase of the renovation and doing our own general contracting work, but we are very glad we hired Roberto and his guys to help us instead. At no point during the process was i worried the job wouldn't get done in the manner we wanted it done. The master bath vanities and kitchen island were our signature pieces and Ismael and his guys built them exactly the way we wanted. The tiling was done so well we added on installing stone tile on the fireplaces. One of the fireplaces was not up to Roberto's liking so he made the tiler remove it and fix it at his own cost. Roberto looks at the job as what he would want if it were his house, so never had to worry that he would cut corners or let things not be perfect."
