You wonâ t regret it, hereâ s why: We found Greg because he was building a custom casita for our neighbor and was absolutely gorgeous so I asked for his number. From the moment we first called him he was (is) incredibly professional and not only that but kind. In the middle of our project I found out all my kids were testing positive for lead exposure from our historic home and surrounding soil, and I went into a complete panic. I canâ t imagine, if I were him, having to deal with a client like me because I was an anxious mess, and it had nothing to do with his work, which was beautiful and sturdy, and everything to do with my stress levels about the lead. All of the sudden the addition we were making for extra room someday turned into â right nowâ so that I could move our family into the new construction that was lead-free. He worked tirelessly to get it done quickly while also not sacrificing quality, and he succeeded. Now thanks to him and his wife, we have a beautiful addition and since the moment we moved in almost a year ago the lead has completely disappeared from their blood levels, never to return. That would not have happened without Greg and SCH, and I am SO glad he took on our project instead of anotherâ s contractor. I sincerely believe no other contractor would have been as patient and as understanding as him in my time of crisis over my kidsâ neurological health and safety. If you need a custom house, or an addition, or anything along those lines Greg is your man. Heâ s the real deal, not fake like so many contractors out there who only care about filling their pockets. "Hercules Foundation Repair recently completed leveling the foundation of my home, which had dropped close to 3 inches in some areas. I was very pleased with their work. I am actually very aware of the improved leveling as I walk through that area of my home. Allen was courteous and respectful and answered my many questions thoroughly and with patience throughout the entire process. All of the crew members were polite and took photos so that I could view their work during the tunneling. Working with Allen made me aware that this family-owned business makes a concerted effort to please the customer, and I appreciate that."

"We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."

"Bob King did a wonderful job building the sun room near my pool. They did a very detailed job and matched it perfectly to the house. The project was completed within the time frame he promised and it looks beautiful inside and out. The project was extensive; to include the demolition of the pool deck, the layout of the foundation for framing the structure, constructing the roof and all of the electrical work as well and all work was completed without any major problem.Throughout the project Bob King made suggestions for design changes that made the finished project look better than I expected. Also, all of his contractors kept the area nicely clean and neat. Thank you so much for the wonderful job building my favorite room in the house. I will definitely hire him again."

"Roy was very helpful and reached out to me to start repairs on my foundation. Their procedure for lifting and leveling my home was knowledgable and prompt. I felt their pricing was extremely competitive for the area and he was so helpful when it came to paying the bill. They require half down to start, the remainder when the job is finished. The job finished by having a professional engineer come out and do an entire new diagram of my home. Overall, awesome experience!"
