In the middle of our project I found out all my kids were testing positive for lead exposure from our historic home and surrounding soil, and I went into a complete panic. He kept things within our budget, the work was neat and professional, and the huge project was completed in a reasonable time frame (it was even finished a few weeks earlier than we had anticipated).
