"We have always done the labor on our house renovations ourselves. For the first time ever, we decided to hire someone else to finish the exterior painting on our house as the top peaks proved to be overwhelming. Expert Painters came right away to give us a reasonable quote. They were accommodating in working us in to their busy schedule. They did an excellent job. We highly recommend."

"It went very well. Sergio is very professional, communicates well, and performs quality work. He is open and flexible in terms of adding requests to the job and is very reasonable in terms of what he charges. He applies integrity to what he does. Overall very happy with his work and would recommend him for sure.

"John & Mike showed up for estimate and job on time and communicated well. The jobs were done very well and for a reasonable price that included all materials and did a nice job of clean up. We will bring them back for some more painting outside as well."

"First experience with this company. Work crew was on site at agreed upon time. Project was assessed and game plans made. Crew was efficient and job-oriented. Work commenced and progressed steadily. A mere 5 hours later, the work was completed to great satisifactation on our part. Workers were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and respectful to us and our property. Very high marks for this company, its owner and work crew. Will definitely call upon this company if and when needed. Recommend this company without reservation !! Absolutely Satisfied with entire experience. Call them if their name comes up for your project. Superb work and very reasonable prices. Ron & Ruby"

"They did the work a couple of months ago and I am still waiting on some parts that I messed up on to come in. They have been 100 percent. They were professional, on time and responsive. They actually went out of their way to help me out on some mistakes that I made. They are A+ all the way around. I would absolutely use them again."

"The work that they did was for more than 2000 sq ft. Their prices were very reasonable; they were just in the ball park with the lower bids but not so low that it was scary for me. Their prices were by far less than some other professionals. They were very thorough and clean; when they left they left a clean work area. When they first got here they did not have insurance but I informed them that I wanted them to get insured before they did the job and they went out and got the insurance which was good. They are a small private company and I think they work for people who don’t require insurance but I did so they went out and got it which made us feel better. They did a really good job on the retexturing because they re-textured the roof with a really faint paint orange peel. My house is really old and if they had not re-textured it then it would have looked bad. They ran out of paint before they got to the end of painting the garage floor so they stopped to get more paint; there is a little bit of line on the garage floor where I can see the difference but it is a garage so I am not very concerned about it."

Wallpaper Removal questions, answered by experts

Professionals handle heavy lifting, proper disposal, and recycling, reducing environmental impact.

Limewash can be removed from brick, but the method of removal will depend on how long the limewash has been on the brick. If the limewash has fully dried—which happens after about five days—you’ll need to use a diluted muriatic acid mixture to remove it. If there are multiple coats of limewash, you may need to apply the acid mixture several times to fully remove it from the brick.

Yes, most professionals patch and smooth walls after removal to prepare for new finishes.

The simple nature of peel and stick wallpaper means it should come off much more easily than traditional wallpaper that is glued to your walls. You’ll still want to work slowly and carefully to avoid tearing it, but most peel and stick wallpaper should come off without a chemical agent to loosen it.

If you can already see the texture of the existing wallpaper through the layer of paint, then the texture could also come through the new layer of wallpaper. If that’s the aesthetic you want, then proceed. But if you want a smoother surface, you should either strip off the existing paint and wallpaper or hang a layer of liner paper before proceeding.
