They found an issue, and the superintendent Javier came out and explained in detail what needed to be fixed additionally. This was a builder error, and they corrected it. Mike called a day before confirming an appointment. He showed up next
day on time and was very helpful and honest. He checked cracks and
answer all my questions. Instead of recommending repair (worth of many
thousands of dollars) he suggested to watered foundation in a different
way. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and integrity.

I tried many different approaches from many other companies over many years to include the French drain I installed. None of the fixes worked.
