It would be after 5PM but that was better than 4 days. Wally Kreykenbohm called around 2PM and said they had gone as far as they could go on his job and he could come right away. Wally showed up around 2:30, swapped the ballast out, and was gone by 3:30. If I have to nitpick, the minimum charge is $226 for a 2-hour block of time. But, I was told that up front and you are paying for fully-bonded, fully-insured skilled technicians. Rebecca even told me what Wally would be driving and what he would be wearing so I would be comfortable opening the door to him. I was pleased to pay the money for the extra effort they made to get someone here and for the quick, professional job, which, BTW, comes with a 1-year guarantee."

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
