"Install was just yesterday but install crew was very professional. Did a thorough clean-up job when they were done. Process to get to install was straightforward and efficient. Pricing was very competitive. One small hiccup along the way which was resolved successfully in less than 1 hour. To this point, very impressed with Team Enoch and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"Has to be the best Handyman service in town. The handyman showed up on time and did the work as detailed. The installation of the kitchen faucet was very challenging with pipes not fitting properly and causing a bit of leak. This was fixed. The faucet was installed very cleanly. The old faucet had rusted and it was cleanly removed.

"After arriving on time we spent several minutes going over what needed doing which included one gate that needed hinges re installed. A second gate was not opening or closing properly due to work next door.. Finally 6 planks were removed and new ones installed. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would re hire.."

"I called early in the morning when i discovered that our A/C was not working. O2Kool had installed it a few years ago so I was surprised that it was having a problem. Brad came out that same morning and opened up the unit - only to find that something had eaten through some of the wires!!(Possibly fire ants - he said they like to chew on wires). He quickly fixed the problem and had us up and running in no time. Thanks Brad for doing a great job!!"

"Mark was very responsive and sent someone out to check our system the same day. He gave us several options including repairing the existing system and replacing with different brands. In the end we settled on a full replacement of our 17 year old HVAC system. Mark was able to get the parts ordered and have it installed within just a few days. I would recommend The Coolest to anyone"

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Using chemicals with harsh odors is a natural way to repel bears. While the animal’s strong sense of smell is an asset in the animal kingdom, it’s a weakness here. Simply place bleach or ammonia in a bucket and leave it outside day or night. Ironically, bears also dislike the smell of pine, so you can use pine oil or a pine-based cleaning agent. Avoid using cleaning products with fruit or citrus smells, however.

Spraying mosquitos involves exposing your household to chemicals that may affect their health. Spraying chemicals in your yard can also harm other insects and plants, throwing off your yard’s ecosystem. In fact, some of the insects may naturally eat or kill mosquitos. Consider the personal and environmental effects before installing a mosquito misting system.

Finding mouse droppings without seeing any mice is a common sign of an infestation because mice are nocturnal and skilled at hiding from humans. Droppings are often the first and most visible evidence of their presence. The location, quantity, and freshness of the droppings can help you determine where the mice are most active and how severe the infestation might be. Since mice are active at night and often travel through hidden pathways like inside walls, you may not see them directly. It's important to look for other signs of an infestation, such as gnaw marks, scratching sounds, or greasy trails along walls. If you find droppings, consider setting traps or contacting a professional exterminator to address the issue.

If a small hive is far enough from your home and doesn’t seem to pose a threat to the health of anyone, then you can opt to leave it alone. They are still pollinators; if you have a garden, they’ll tackle some gardening work for you and produce helpful results without harming you.

Cinnamon's warm scent appeals to many people but not to many bugs. The spice contains eugenol, which also happens to be used in insecticides. While the level of eugenol in cinnamon isn't enough to eliminate bugs on its own, the scent can be strong enough to keep them away.

You can try sprinkling cinnamon around areas where you've seen insects, such as ants and mosquitos. Remember that you'll have to reapply frequently, especially after periods of rain.
