His quality of work was top notch, he was very professional and he also replaced all the old fans/vent/fixtures without any damage to the ceiling. The exhaust fan work especially required some careful work since the new exhaust fan was bigger and required him to cut some drywall and fit the fan in. In an earlier case (different provider) they cut the drywall and we needed to patch it later with painters. No such patching was needed this time since Wally did a great job installing it. "The person that came out to do the quote for the new furnace and AC was fantastic. O2 Kool quoted us a great price! Then the installers showed up. I am not impressed as we had some leaks in the ducting, they did not offer mold resistant material for the plenum box and they could not think outside of the box when it came to installing our vent pipe. They were supposed to come out to do the follow-up. We received a letter that gave a call by this date or we will not come out to follow up. We were not home and did not receive the letter until too late. I called several times but did not get a response. We have two more units that need replacing. I am happy I did not quote with them for all three!"
