"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

The value of my home dropped 300k easily as the paint came off every time you touched it! It scratched and left stains not easily removed. Called Michelle's team and they came out, explained how they'd fix the mess. I didn't think it was possible so I let them do one section of my kitchen cabinets as a tester. I was blown away. The primer alone looked so good and smooth I thought it was finished but they still had to put the paint on lol! MY GOODNESS! My home looks to par now and it looks like a model home!
