Weird cabinet angles and a confined staircase made our job a challenge to build and deliver. Nevertheless, J.B. Murphy built and delivered beautiful cabinets executed exactly to our specifications. We are beyond happy. But, to really understand the kind of people they are to work with, I have to tell the story of our medicine cabinet. Before construction, they sent me the specs for the medicine cabinet. I ok’d them and told them at the time that I would install it when I finished the containing wall. The job was completed, medicine cabinet delivered and I paid in full for the job. While installing the medicine cabinet, I discovered a 3/4” gap between the back of the cabinet and the backing drywall. I called Justin and asked about it. He said it was that much to leave room for wires behind the cabinet. I told him that I wished I had noticed that before, because I routed all the wiring around the cabinet and not behind it, and I would have requested the extra half inch of cabinet depth for shelf space. At that time, despite the fact that I had formally ok’d the shallower cabinet and already paid in full, he offered to remake the cabinet to my wishes at no extra charge. I was astonished, for I was negligent in not noticing the shallower depth, and they had been paid in full. Bottom line: J.B. Murphy builds high quality cabinets and really do care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

I stopped by to place my order.  The company was very busy and mine was a small order.  I had to stop by and call a couple of times to get to the right person.  each time i called or stopped, everyone was very friendly and courteous.  When i finally set down with the design/build person we were able to go over my needs and refine my design.  it took a couple of weeks (drawer fronts had to be ordered) but the cabinet turned out exactly how i wanted it, fit perfectly and works great.  drawers and stain match great.  i am very pleased.
