He fixed the problem "the old fashion way" with a rooter from a roof-top vent. He checked all associated plumbing issues and made recommendations concerning flush rates and garbage disposals. He charged me $200. Compare that with another "big-name firm." They could not help me for three days when I called (which led to ACE on Angie's List).
