Hired these guys for some electrical work on a place I was renovating in Dallas. Most of the work was adequate, but in two of the rooms, the circuits I had them add were a total nonfunctional mess. Prior to us beginning the work, they hit me with the whole "we guarantee our work, we got your back" spiel at the start, so I thought sorting it out would be pretty straightforward. Nope. I called them, explained the situation, and even threw them another gig at the house. They came, did the new job, charged me, but totally skipped fixing their previous botch job. I've been chasing them for over two months to come back and sort it out, but it's like I'm talking to a wall. End of the day, I had to cough up another grand to get a different company to fix what I already paid these guys for. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable operation being run by these guys. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone.

Doug runs a very honest business. I was really appreciative of his help when our AC went down on a 105 degree weather day because of a breaker issue.

Came out to assess the job for no charge. Informed me the work I was asking about didn’t need to be done. Did another small job for me and offered a quote (with a good price) on a bigger job that will need to be done eventually. I’ll use them again.

Doug did a great job. Power was turned off due to line cut. Doug came out same day to give estimate and completed job next day. Permit, inspection and got power turned on same day. Precise is now our electrical company and will refer to all.
