"This Streamline Service was not truthful to his Customer. They lie and very unprofessional. They give a quote to my home and said the quote price was $125 but then he looked up on his cellphone and then He give a more than $300 charge. I would not recommend that company. They should not be recommended to anybody because no one be able to experience like that."

"I truly dislike leaving a one-star review, especially because the quality of their work was excellent. The Ivins Brothers built my deck and pergola in October 2021, and I was very pleased with the finished product. However, in 2024 a portion of the deck developed a noticeable concave sag between two of the support beams. For the past year, I have made multiple attempts to have The Ivins Brothers come inspect the issue and advise on a repair. I have only on personal contact with them in the past year and was told that someone would come by and look at the situation. No one ever showed up or even called to reschedule. Since then, I have left several voicemail messages with no response. I have also emailed the address listed on their website multiple times and never received a reply. The lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Because of this, I cannot give them a higher rating despite being satisfied with the original construction. "

"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."
