I called after hours last night knowing I would be leaving a message. I figured they would call the next day, (today~ xmas eve) Wrong. They called me back within 5 minutes and had me scheduled for first thing the next morning. Camilio arrived promptly (early actually after calling to see if he could start prior to the scheduled time) and figured out my issue. He had everything completed within the hour. After investigating he determined the control board was bad. He also evaluated the system and made additional recommendations on safety updates and duct work. All I could Afford at the time is the computer board replacement. The verbal price quote was good but the final invoice was higher either due to inflation or increased costs on parts and labor. I canâ t fault Ronnie for this but assume if I got cheaper labor or parts Iâ d deal with other issues in the future or earlier break down. I felt I could trust Ronnie and his recommendations and felt good with the repairs and service."
