I called after hours last night knowing I would be leaving a message. I figured they would call the next day, (today~ xmas eve) Wrong. They called me back within 5 minutes and had me scheduled for first thing the next morning. Camilio arrived promptly (early actually after calling to see if he could start prior to the scheduled time) and figured out my issue. He had everything completed within the hour. However, I asked to be on the wait list, and a technician was able to respond the same day. The technician was also informative and professional. He was able to do a quick repair and provide us set an objective expectation regarding the remaining lifespan of our unit. We've used their company before for a garage HVAC replacement and will continue to use it in the future. At the risk of sounding like a commercial... You might find a cheaper provider but you wont find one offering better value for your money than Clean air pro. We've used other providers when working through a home warranty service. The alternative companies didn't yield quality results, just temporary fixes."
