"I want to put my conclusion up first, so you don't have to read everything below to get to it. Simply put, I interviewed 5 outfits to put in two tankless water heaters - Dave and Affinity is the only one you should consider, hands down. Dave was not only extremely professional, but he also understood how upsetting it was to have to water heaters crack open destroying ceilings and walls in our home and leaving us only with cold water. Though I learned much through the internet, he listened carefully and then gave explanations that made sense in light of what I had learned. After all his patience, he then proposed a plan that made sure that I felt comfortable that I would have an endless supply of hot water at the elevated temperatures and flowrates that I wanted for our large house. This was unique. I called in 5 outfits - Dave was the only one that listened to my needs and made sure that they were met. Because he knew we were without hot water, he made sure that he and his crew put in a first heater within 24 hours of our accepting his bid and finished the full job off not three days later. The work was highly professional, looks great and works great. I didn't want to tell Dave this (but I'm sure he'll read the review), but he also was the most affordable and offered the highest rated tankless water heater. He offered me the model that I felt I couldn't afford - the Mercedes Benz (Ferrari?) at a price I couldn't just afford it, I couldn't say no to it. On top of it, he's highly personable and trustworthy. I doubt I'll need another tankless water heater, but if you're looking for one - this is the only outfit to consider."

(Hurricane damage, fixed by a contractor, who disappeared, leaving the job unfinished and with my check) Jim Godre, owner of Remodeling Specialists, carefully assessed my project. It had to be completely gutted! He walked me through the entire process, explained every step, gave me options and great advice on what improvements would increase the value of my home. As a Single, working Mom, who had just been terribly ripped off, I had major anxiety about remodeling again. Remodeling Specialists reinstalled my faith in contractors. Every morning you get an email, explaining the scope of work for the day. All employees are permanent employees of this company. They are trustworthy and take great pride in their work. Floors, carpets and furniture were maliciously covered. Every night the workmen cleaned up after themselves. Issues that came up during the remodeling process were addressed and the crew went way and beyond to resolve them. Jim was kind enough to contact the previous plumber, who had set the tub incorrectly, and negotiated a refund so I could pay to have it reset again. All work was done on time and in excellent quality. Questions were answered immediately. I admit that I was all over the place with excitement and kept adding to the project. My additional requests were incorporated with ease. The work this company provides is excellent and very versatile. It is an Old School Family business that takes great pride in their work and creates a healthy work environment which is reflected in their employees. My Contractor for Life!!! "We needed re-do of a 1/2 bath. Process and outcome were both good. Eric and his crews did good work. They were easy to work with. Able and willing to deal with unexpected issues (eg damage from leaking window that didn't show until after project began), explain options and recommend best one. I contacted a prior client who had same positive experience for multiple, larger projects Eric has done. Not cheap, but good value, and you probably don't want cheap work done in your house if you plan on living there awhile. I would recommend use again myself."
