"Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. I highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They are at the top of our list for any future needs."

"We were afraid this was going to be a major repair, as we felt the leak might be coming from under the shower floor into the
bathroom.  He checked out the shower thoroughly, as well as going outside to see if there was evidence of any leaking.
He found the problem to be a faulty part in the toilet area that needed to be replaced.  He is very honest and extremely nice,
and we appreciate the fact that he does not try to take advantage of people.
This is the second time that we have used this gentleman.  The other time was for a dripping shower head.
The fact that we called on him a second time, confirms the fact that we have a great deal of confidence in this

"Our previous bath was very small, had only one vanity and had the
toilet in the same room as the shower. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to
do, and the first person we had look at it told us it couldn't be done, especially
the part about relocating the toilet and moving the shower.
Then Derek came over and told us that it might end up being expensive but he
could do what we wanted. Derek and Brad guided us through the design and
decision stage, and went with us when we visited all the bath and tile shops to
pick out our stuff. They started the project on the day we left for vacation,
and when we came home all the tear out and jack hammering had been done. The
whole project was completed in four weeks (I had expected it would take six).
Everything looks and works great, we love the new shower, tile work, additional
vanity and especially the closed-off toilet. These guys are fantastic and I
highly recommend them.
