"I had a house fire which left a partially demoed structure that I wanted to salvage and build onto. This was a special construction project that I knew could be done, but I was getting a lot of push-back in terms of feasibility. The structural foundation was still intact, but creating the finished product was a bit of a challenge. The more I got to know Joe, the more I specifically wanted his firm to build my house. He and his family are outstanding people who accept nothing but the best quality of a job well done. This came across to me as he assisted me in developing the scope of work for my project to make more efficient and better quality changes to what I had already drawn up. On this particular project I contracted with Joe to construct a new roof, build out the entire interior, a deck, an outdoor shower, and other special features. It would take too many words for a brief review to express how pleased I am with the finished products of his work. His subcontractors did excellent work as well, and the input he provided up front in the planning phases of the project proved their merit at the completion of the project. I was lucky to obtain the high level quality for such a fair and reasonable price, and I feel blessed to have run into him to take on my project.
