I appreciate his laid back and patient attitude. I had to delay the job several times and Danny was very understanding when I told him, and reassured me that he would be ready when everything got sorted out. For someone who was going through their first, and I hope last, water damage repair and learning how to navigate homeowner's insurance claims his reassurances made a huge difference to me. His attention to detail showed in the quality of his work, and his choices were always spot on with what I wanted. This is because he took the time to get to know me, my style and personality. The young men he hired to help him shared his same level of attention to detail and desire to do the job well. I also enjoyed watching him teach these young men what it means to be a good contractor, to take pride in their work and how to do the work right.
