For someone who was going through their first, and I hope last, water damage repair and learning how to navigate homeowner's insurance claims his reassurances made a huge difference to me. His attention to detail showed in the quality of his work, and his choices were always spot on with what I wanted. This is because he took the time to get to know me, my style and personality. The young men he hired to help him shared his same level of attention to detail and desire to do the job well.
