Chase was very knowledgeable and he made recommendations which we adopted. They were about 5 weeks out based on their scheduling which was fine with us. I initially contacted four fence companies on Angie's List that made all sorts of claims about the variety and quality of the work they do. Two of the companies never responded. One called me but after I explained the project said they don't do that (really? Fence company won't install a fence???). Frank from Fence Rescuer called, immediately understood what needed to be done, and came out to my house within a couple of days. Communication was great. He brought with him high tech equipment to cut the fence to size. I never asked but he knew to bring cement. He spent several hours and made sure the final product was perfect. "There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls! They provided a written quote, left some material about the company and also discussed the work with us. Still deciding if we want to have the fence installed due to the price or just limit the kids to the front yard until they are old enough.

"iHis price was comparable to other quotes we received but he seemed more professional in his appearance and the way he wrote up the proposal.  He started the project exactly when he said he would and it was finished when he said..  He was on site the entire time and did some of the more difficult things himself.  All of his crew was very professional as well.  Whenever we had any questions they were very helpful and polite.  We have used his services twice now, referred him to friends, and plan to use him again in the spring or early summer.  They cleaned everything up before they left and except for a beautiful new fence, one could not tell anything had been done.  I give them 5 stars and recommend them with pleasure.

Their attention to detail was remarkable and they were even very careful to not trample on the flowers along the fence line.
