"I lost my airconditioning on a Friday night.  Saturday I called another company who advertised that they did emergency calls and repairs.  They charged a minimum one hour but the guy just told me it wasn't working and I would have to wait till the part came in.  On Monday, I called to find out when and got a song and dance about when they could get to it. That was when I called Bruce's.
They gave me an estimate and got the part and installed it all on the same day.  We had a small communication problem but overall I am very happy with the service.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can usually replace a sink without replacing the vanity. It really depends on the type of vanity and the type of sink. You’ll need to make sure you purchase a sink that will fit in the existing space. This requires precise measurements. You’ll also have to carefully remove your old sink, making sure you don’t damage the countertop during the replacement.

Common problems include leaks, clogs, and low water pressure. Regular maintenance prevents major disruptions.

In many ways they are the same thing, which is a large sink that has a tall front section, often called an apron. This is because the depth of the sink prevents splashing against you, serving the same purpose as an apron. While all farmhouse sinks are apron sinks, not all apron sinks are farmhouse sinks.

Porcelain and enamel sinks have very similar appearances, but they aren’t the same. Porcelain is a ceramic made from natural clay, while enamel is a strong powder that’s glazed over a metal sink. Use a magnet to determine whether you have an enamel or porcelain sink. If a strong magnet sticks to the sink, it’s likely enamel. If it doesn’t, you probably have a porcelain sink. You can also use the model number on the sink (often found on the underside of the bowl) or information from the manufacturer to determine the material.

If you find moisture under your sink, you can clean up the worst of it with paper towels or regular towels. Then, leave the cabinet doors open to allow air circulation. You can also place a fan or dehumidifier near the cabinet to help dry it out a little quicker.
