Gorgeous doesn’t even begin to describe the craftmanship, quality, and finish of the entertainment center and bookcases we had made with Vitela’s Fine Woodworks. Noe and his amazing staff kept us updated from start to finish. They answered all of our questions promptly and they even took our vision for our project a step further by making recommendations about the design that proved to be better than what we had envisioned. Vitela’s took great care in tailoring our project and transforming our living room into an aesthetically and stunning room. He made recommendations about the electrical outlet, hiding the TV and other entertainment cords, and he took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly. Vitela’s has a team of skilled artisans and it is evident that they take great pride in their craft and it shows in every detail. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our next project.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Upon his first visit, Vitela impressed me with his professionalism and concern for the end result.
He explained the tile would be difficult to replace with an exact match, and took the initiative to make some suggestions.
He also took initiative to suggest that he would be able to repaint the wall one solid color, for minimal cost. Something I had not considered.
There was a misunderstanding about the ceiling fan removal being included with the quote, but he said, it was no problem to remove them for no additional cost.
When the tile was replaced, it felt impossibly precise. Down to the milimeter. As if the Egyptians built it for a pharaoh.
Seeing as how it was replaced with completely different sized tile, it seemed impossible for such precision to be possible, yet he was able to do it with perfect height to the milimeter.
I wanted a wall/fireplace removal, but recieved a precise work of art.
The room is amazing now.

He listened to all my concerns and he made recommendations that fit my budget. He also showed me the damaged areas that needed to be repaired and corrected. He also allowed me to buy the materials that we needed to put in the project. He made the contracts very easy for me to understand and we both would side the contract, and he would give me a copy of the contract. The time that toke to do the project was satisfactory to me and my family.

Hired Vitela to build an outdoor kitchen. He left the project before it was completed. He did not obtain a permit and now I find out structure, electrical, and plumbing are not up to code.

I have been putting off getting my kitchen floor fixed for months and had a contractor come and start but never finish so I was frustrated and skeptical. Noe and his team came in and were truly perfect. They kept us in the know, followed up quickly, were polite, and the work was great. I will 100% be using them again for more projects. Thanks guys!

I had kitchen remodel with new quartz countertops, backsplash, under cabinet lighting, new farmhouse sink and new disposal. I had a bathroom remodel with new bathtub, new tile surrounding the bathtub, new quartz sink, and new floor tile. The workers always showed up on time. All work was done with expertise. I highly recommend Vitelas Fine Woodwork & Remodeling for all your remodeling needs.

I do not have any complaints, they did the work and the guys were wonderful. They even went to find materials to make sure it was a good fit for my vanity. They went store to store to make sure it matched. From backsplash to the wall gaps they really went the extra mile It was also a fair price and I was happy with the work and price. The front desk worker, Paloma double checked with me every day to make sure everything was amazing for me. I was very updated the entire time to make sure I knew what was going on. They were one of the few companies that would do this work for me as it was a smaller job.

Mr. Vitela has a very skilled and efficient crew. They were always on time and at one point worked longer days to finish the project. The foreman, Ramon, was always available when we had a thousand and one questions. He was very patient with us and always very professional. Those questions that he couldn't answer he immediately contacted Mr. Vitela to answer our questions. Mr. Vitela also gave us a lot of good ideas on how to remodel our bathroom. He knows the business and also was very patient in explaining all that was going to be done. I would also like to thank Paloma, the office manager for all her help. He gave us personalized attention and recommendations that would make our home our very own creation. He is a visionary and a designer. He is very talented and creative. Just gorgeous and amazing work. My kitchen and living room are beautifully unrecognizable, a complete flip. The workers are very detailed with every piece and Inch of work. They are very clean, organized, and perfectionists to every detail. They won't make any adjustments without your consent or approval. Very hard working professionals. Had to pay others to either complete or FIX the work I paid this company to do. Words cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am in this company. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone sad.

"We are regretful that you feel this way. However, our company had completed 97% of the work. We planned on starting the job 11/08 our team went to the home first thing 8 a.m. and no one answered we had no choice but to leave after waiting an hour. On Friday 11/19 we asked for one more day to do very small and easy touch ups. We informed her all the work would be completed in full on Monday. The client agreed we may return on Monday then decided over the weekend she would not allow us to return to the home. We reached out to her various times to plead with her to allow us to finish the job, it is not about the money for us it is about satisfying our clients. She adamantly refused and refused to pay her final balance, even though we were MORE than willing to finish the job. We are still willing and able to complete the job."

I hired Noe because he came prepared with samples of countertops I could choose from and has about 12 years of experience in this type of work. This is my first kitchen remodel and I wanted someone with lots of experience. He made excellent cabinet suggestions that I had not considered before and I took him up on them. He made the European style cabinets I wanted and painted them beautifully with the color I chose. On one day there were eight crews members working at the same time for several hours: the electricians, countertop installers and backspace installer. It was hard to keep up with the installation details. Noe was overseeing everything they were doing. The backsplash tiles ended up being crooked on the sink side wall because the countertop or new cabinets on the sink side wall were not properly leveled. That backsplash tile section is the most visible part of the kitchen. He had also said he would re-attach my existing Rev-A-Shelf garbage bin shelf to my new cabinet door, but he only installed the Rev-A-Shelf inside the new cabinet, and not to the door. If you have used a garbage bin Rev-A-Shelf before, not attaching the bin tray to the cabinet door defeats its purpose.

We were impressed with the bid proposal Mr. Vitela presented to us. He came prepared and was very organized. He listened closely as to what we wanted with the bathroom remodeling. Vitelas Fine Woodwork & Remodeling did an exceptional job on our new kitchen. We had several companies come out to give us quotes but no one impressed us more than Noe Vitelas. He dove right in with amazing ideas, great pictures and samples of his work, and a clear passion for the work he does and his concern for our satisfaction. He took on this project as if he was working on his own home. He was always professional, as was every worker who came into our home during the project, and his daily communication was more than we could have hoped for. They worked hard to be on time and as neat as possible making sure they cleaned up daily once they'd finished working. The quality and craftsmanship of the final product are first class and has impressed everyone of our friends and family who have been over to enjoy it with us. This new kitchen had been a dream for several years and thanks to Noe and his crew, we are now living in and enjoying that dream! We are highly recommending Vitelas Fine Woodwork & Remodeling to all of our friends and family.

The owner Mr. Noe Vitela was always on top of the work being done on this project. Mr. Noe would come and check the work his employees did to make sure it was done correctly. The employees he has were always respectful, when addressing me, they would pick up after the work was done. The project that was my bathroom remodel from removing the bathtub and making a walk in shower and the wood floor that had been damaged by termites was redone with thick wood and now the floor is solid. My shower is just made of tile and it looks fabulous with glass doors. The end result surpassed my expectations. I am so HAPPY, HAPPY!!! that this project was done by this company. I will certainly pass this company name, owner Mr. Noe Vitela to anyone that might be looking to have any remodeling work done.

I would not recommend this company for bathroom remodeling - subcontracts most of the important areas of the remodeling, really only made the cabinet and counter-top and cut that 2 inches short. The only positive out of this experience was I did find some good people who did good work in their areas of expertise. Also said they would work 8-4 M - F only - had different people in my house sometimes @ 9:00 p.m. and all day Saturday - and the job still went on for 4 weeks unlike the 2 weeks it was supposed to take !!
