"After I purchased the Big Deal for the 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, Keith called me the next day to arrange the appointment.  We were able to set up a time the next week for the work.
Keith called 15 minutes or so before arriving to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he looked over the 3 rooms; formal dining room, living room and master bedroom. I showed him a large stain in the dining room that had been there since we moved in 6 years ago. We had tried to get out ourselves without luck. He looked at it and thought he might be able to get it out, but I was skeptical.
We had already moved most of the furniture from the rooms, but there were a couple of large chairs in the living room and a futon (on sliders) that Keith had to move to pre-treat and clean the rooms. He pre-treated the big stain first so that the cleaning solution would have more time to work. We have two dogs, so there were some areas that were dark from them laying on the carpet that he hit pretty hard too.
This is the first time in this house to have the carpets cleaned, so they really needed it! Keith was able to get out the big stain completely! I'm still keeping an eye on it but so far it does not appear to be coming back. The high traffic areas also cleaned up nicely - all the carpets he did look much better.
Keith was very professional and really seems to know about carpets. I will definitely call him again the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

"Wow!!!  Fernando did a fantastic dry carpet cleaning job!!  Before Fernando cleaned the carpet, we had all kind of stains caused by drink, paint, ink, arts and crafts, candy, pets, kids, etc... The stains are all gone now.  He saved us a lot of money as before Fernando cleaned this carpet, thought we were going to have to tear it all out and replace it.  Again, now it looks brand new!!! No more stains.  I highly recommend Fernando and his company.  Also, highly recommend dry carpet cleaning rather than the usual water way.
