TT Dennis and he is very upset about an Angi's professional company//cx says this company did not do anything that was required for the completiion of the job//cx says he paid $1,500 and was not satisfied with the job done

Craig and his team were very friendly and easy to work with. They had good communication on what services they offered and what they could do for my situation. On the day of service, They arrived promptly and let me know they were in route. When complete, they cleaned up not leaving anything behind. Highly reccomend!

Awesome business. The owner of the company and his crew are nice folks and very customer oriented. They made our very dirty grout look new again and sealed it as well. They were on time and did not waste any time getting the job done. I will do business with them in the future and recommend to others as well.

Great to work with and did a good job on my yucky tile floors. I'm hoping they return for a bit of touch up work on some grout lines, but I'm very grateful for the life they returned to my dated and dirty tile flooring. They were quick and communicated very well. I appreciate it greatly

Craig was wonderful to work with and listened to our needs and concerns. The grout was brown and stained from the previous owners and the expertise of GroutPower brought it back to the original cream color and then sealed it! It didn't even look like the same floor. The tile in the kitchen and bathrooms were also given the care needed to look new again by Craig's wife. I understand GroutPower is a family business and the pride shines through in the attention to detail , honest quote and on time service. I would recommend this business for those seeking a professional job and the ease of dealing with a knowledgeable owner. Thank you Craig and family.

Very pleasant family run business. Craig and his sons do the floors, and his wife does the showers, and kitchen granite and backsplash. Pricing was fair given the amount of tile needing to be sealed. Iâ m giving 4.5 stars for only one reason. Craig emphasized often he is the only company that steam cleans the floors afterwards and not only will they look amazing but will leave a fresh scent in the house. So my expectations were pretty high as he said this more than once. I left and came back the next day, I really didnâ t notice a difference in the smell of my house, and the floors didnâ t look any different. Granted my house was a new build so they were brand new to begin with but from what he said, I envisioned them looking different somehow. Still, I would recommend this company.

Craig and his family are excellent. They no only came our same day to give a quote, but were out the next day to complete within an hour and a half! They are a great family business, they are honest, fair, and very kind. They not only did what was originally asked, but he also completed a full cleaning of additional bathroom, tile backsplash in the kitchen, and polished my countertops. I would highly recommend, and I can’t thank them enough for their service.
