Best floor cleaners and waxers near Lucas, TX

"I live in Arlington, TX and I was needing to have the carpet in my living room cleaned and was hoping to have it done the same days since the furniture would already be out of the room. I went through Angi and received a call from Matthew B, owner with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. I explained what I needed and Matthew said that he could get to it the same day. This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis."

"The gentleman who cleaned did an amazing job! He was personable, excellent work ethic and very through!"

"Val, owner of Caulking Solutions, was extremely professional at every step of the bidding, hiring, & job process. He and his crew showed up on time for every scheduled appointment, and Val provided thorough, detailed estimates, responded to questions promptly, and noticed problems that we hadn't. This company provides stellar service & workmanship at a very reasonable price. My husband and I were very pleased and have referred others to his company. Work done: Regrouting and sealing of natural stone shower stall and bathtub, grouting in kitchen, grouting of patio & pool deck, and other miscellaneous jobs. Also cleaned travertine floors for a friend."

"On time and performed the job pretty quickly at a fair price. After cleaning, they placed sealer over the grout in a color of my choosing, and my floor looks great."

"Cedric did a great job in cleaning my tile floors. I highly recommend him. Im happy with my floors.Voda is a great tile floor cleaning company"

"Very pleasant family run business. Craig and his sons do the floors, and his wife does the showers, and kitchen granite and backsplash. Pricing was fair given the amount of tile needing to be sealed. Iâ m giving 4.5 stars for only one reason. Craig emphasized often he is the only company that steam cleans the floors afterwards and not only will they look amazing but will leave a fresh scent in the house. So my expectations were pretty high as he said this more than once. I left and came back the next day, I really didnâ t notice a difference in the smell of my house, and the floors didnâ t look any different. Granted my house was a new build so they were brand new to begin with but from what he said, I envisioned them looking different somehow. Still, I would recommend this company."

"Best customer service and response time I have experienced in a long time. I can t say enough about how happy I am. Saved me a lot of money with their grout color sealant. I was afraid I was going to have to lay new tile, but they cleaned my tile and color sealed the grout and it looks like I have new floors! Could not be happier!"

"Very professional service. I was very satisfied with the the great work by Mackâ s cleaning."
