"I am very happy with the service provided by Texas Quality Plumbing. I did not know them and picked them randomly from the Best Pick Report I received in mail. I needed to have my nearly 20-year old water heater replaced ASAP because it had started leaking. I called Texas Quality Plumbing on Saturday morning and by about 2 PM I had a new 40-gallon gas water heater installed in the attic. They offered very reasonable price and did a professional job. I recommend anyone in north and northwest Houston who has a plumbing job to seriously consider giving it to Texas Quality Plumbing.

"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"I made the appointment two days ago and was promised a time slot of today between 11am to 1pm, with a call before arrival. At 1030 am I received the call and 15 minutes later, the plumber (Josh) and his assistant (they were coming from a major repiping job, hence there were two of them) arrived and began work. Josh's assistant began work on the hose bib while Josh evaluated the faucet repair.
Josh informed me that I might be able to get Moen to provide free parts by mail, but I told him I'd prefer to have him go ahead and replace the part now. Fortunately, he had the part on his truck and proceeded to disassemble the faucet, replace the damaged cartridge, and put everything back together. Josh worked quickly but carefully, and the repair was done in about 30 minutes.
The best words to describe the encounter: thoroughly professional.
At my request, Josh also gave me useful details on their piping replacement services. I will be requesting an estimate from them for a complete replacement of our house's 30-year-old galvanized piping with PEX tubing.
All in all, just outstanding service!

"Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"

"Great, Alex is super professional guy, he also came by the house to make sure there were no problems. He got onto the roof after it was done and checked to make sure it was installed correctly.
