From the very beginning of the project, the representatives were very professional and prompt, responsive and respectful. Each specialty crew that came to our home, protected our carpet by laying down a protective carpet and wore shoe covers during the project. They respectfully and with great knowledge answered our questions along the way. To spotlight Henry, Alex and Mike is the proper thing to do. These gentlemen represented their company with excellence. Their professional craftsmanship is remarkable and we couldn't be more pleased with the end results. As parents of 5 daughter's, it is important to us that the people who enter our home have a clear understanding of what that entails. They maintained a professional distance yet were kind when passing in the hallways. There is no doubt that these gentlemen are honorable family men and we will invite them back for future home projects.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH!  This big, potentially messy, job was completed with exemplary care and professionalism.  Because of the complicated nature of the job and interruptions caused by the holidays, we had people working in the house for about three weeks.  I work from home, and most days I could easy forget they were here.  There was absolutely no mess for us and the whole project was executed with minimal inconvenience.  
Demolition was done quickly and quietly.  The new shower pan, really layers of different materials installed over several days, was much more sophisticated than the simple pan that the original home contractor had installed.  In addition, it protected much more of the vertical wall area and the sills of two windows (the origin of the problem).  The installers were meticulous in their work, which became even more apparent when the tile, much of it cut and beveled by hand, was laid.  It was beautifully set and matched almost perfectly with the rest of the shower area.
It wasn't until later that we realized that a small seat in the the corner of the shower had been rebuilt using cinder block as a base, rather than the original wood, guaranteeing that it would last longer.  We hadn't even discussed it with Ry, and a lesser contractor could easily skipped over it.  This, I think, is a perfect illustration of our experience with All American - we got excellent advice and service, even beyond what we asked for (or could appreciate), from a company dedicated to a quality and long-lasting end product. Also, everyone we dealt with was genuinely proud of their work and committed to being the best at their craft.  
We really dreaded this repair, but All American made the whole thing rather painless, and we're confident that the new work will hold up for the life of the house.

This provider said he could get this done in a week. I needed it done because I was moving. He ended up taking 3 weeks to do this entire project. I ended up sleeping on the floor because all my things were concentrated in one area. He only sent one person (an apprentice) to do the job. Since the project he has been excessively contacting me at least once a week. He won't tell me what he wants just asks for a call Ry Brooks. We have been done with them for sometime.

Without a hitch. Crew showed up within the scheduled time. They were conscientious of my house laying down tarping to cover the area they need to walk and keeping the door shut when taking out the old tile. It was extremely dusty. The Crew was very professional and courteous. They finished the job within the time frame I was told it would take working Saturday. And offering to work on Sunday as well. This is the second time we've had this company help with projects in our house. They provide a wide range of services.

They did a fantastic job. All their employees were excellent craftsmen and hard workers. They were accommodating to our needs and ideas. The office staff kept us informed as to what was going on and answered all our questions. Ray Brooks and his staff went above the call of duty to find us a half sheet of counter top to use. 































All in all they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results.

It went beautifully, they are very customer oriented. They were polite and quick to fix any issues. In fact one of their employees called me on Mother's Day to wish me a good day.

I am really delighted that I hired American Tiles to remodel my master shower. Before hiring them I invited for quote 8 different companies from angie's list  but I trusted only this company and I am glad that I was right. 
The owner, Ry, came to my house 3 times before the work started. He referred me to Emser Tile, where I could select much better tiles
and twice cheaper than in Daltile. 
Eric and his helper were just great. Every day, for 8 days in a row they cam at 8 am and sometimes worked until 7 pm. 
Their professionalism is superb, they worked like they did the job for their own house. 
They were extremely polite, put plastic protection, cut tiles outside the house.
I can tell that it we hired many companies but it is the best company we dealt with.
I recommend this company to anybody without any hesitation.

They came out when our shower pan busted, demolished our old shower, & rebuilt a new one with a liner system. It took a couple of weeks but it's finished & we love it. The guys were great & worked hard every day. They were really receptive to any questions that we had. They did a great job!

All American Tile was fantastic. From start to finish, took great care of our home and didn't rush the job. Great communication and couldn't ask for a better company to do the work. You pay for what you get...and i am so very happy with the results. I'm highly confident you'll get the same result.

They helped us and directed us to the a perfect nice tile floor store. They worked together finding new flooring. They installed and suggested a new lay out for the floor to be put down diagonally. They were nice, on time and it was a good all around experience.

It went very well.  He stayed within the price negotiated.  His people were prompt and courteous.  The project was started and completed in a timely fashion.

Professionalism: He assigned a team of three guys to the project.  They set up quickly and began to work.  They were very professional and attentive to our needs.  Due to the leak, we had to move quickly and did not come into the project with a design plan as we normally would have.  Ry and his team helped by offering numerous design layouts and tile style/size options.  We never felt rushed and Ry continually reminded us that he wanted us to be confident in our material selection and overall satisfaction.
Quality: After the project started, we increased the complexity of the design and added a lot of additional detail.  Ry and his team were very supportive.  The new design forced them to go slower than normal in the smaller shower, but they ensured every edge was perfect and everything was level.  After having a previous house with a house with less attention, I was very pleased to see the detail they go through to ensure each tile is in perfect alignment.  The team cleaned up very well at the end of each day.
Overall: This was one of my best experiences with any vendor.  I would highly recommend contacting Ry for any remodeling effort.

The crew from All American Tile and Remodeling were great! They did a professional job and all members showed a technical expertise. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the house was after the job was complete, especially after the amount of dry wall patches we needed. They were a fast, efficient, polite crew and did their best to accommodate our schedule. They helped the coordinating of material pick up and scheduling of other contractors such as electrician and plumbers to make this job finish quickly and pleasantly. Would definitely use them again!

It took them twice the time to complete the work as originally stated probably because his workers did not arrive until between 10 to 11 a.m., then broke for an hour for lunch.







UPDATE TO PROVIDERS' COMMENTS:



Ry Brooks immediately began compromising the job by substituting material with that of lesser quality and deviating from  what was discussed and documented in the contract.(This was witnessed by the maintenance manager, who lives on the property.)   Additionally, he was to provide  4 x 4 inch standard tile, which was documented in the contract and which he confirms in his statement below. He installed 3" x 5" tile.  Also, standard tile comes in many colors other than just white, but we were not given the opportunity to make a selection..  His installers confirmed that Scrap Materials left over from other jobs were being used and substituted. Ry would not discuss nor address any of these issues when he was approached.  But he  still expected and received full payment in the amount $3550.The job took twice as long to complete, greatly inconveniencing the renters that reside on the property.  The downtown location has never been an issue with many of the other contractors we have done business with, who have managed to arrive in a timely manner.His installers never arrived prior to 10:30 a.m.  I stand by all my statements.  He tried to get by with being slick and conniving and got caught.

 

Ry was brought in (recommended) by our plumbing contractor to repair the access holes they needed to cut to replace plumbing lines.  Ry's crew did and excellent job, some of the repairs I cannot see at all even though I know where they are.  Some I can barely spot but only because I know they are there.

I can't say enough good things about this company and it's owner/representatives Ry and Clint.
All American Tile and Remodeling was hired after 2 newly installed, tiled shower floors failed.  They worked in conjunction with my plumber, Abacus Plumbing.  A  new shower pan had been installed and shortly after the shower was returned to use, the grout began washing out from between the new tiles on the floor. When the new tile floors were removed it was discovered that water was accumulating in the pan and causing the failure.)  Unfortunately, before All American Tile and Remodeling, no one could figure out where the water was coming from or, how to stop it from ruining the new floor.
The shower was small and constructed in the early 1950's.  After installing a third new floor which, was beautiful but, also failed, Ry correctly "diagnosed" the cause of the problem.  The new showerhead was actually forcing water through the grout on the old tiled walls and the accumulation under the tile was what was causing the floors to fail.  Ry special-ordered a waterproofing product which, when applied to the walls and floor by Clint, finally solved all my problems.
Representatives of All American Tile and Remodeling always showed up on time and were extremely neat and courteous.  Their tiling work was beautiful and they went above and beyond anything I expected by sealing every inch of grout in the shower enclosure.  I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!
