"the day they arrived to replace the window, they had to show up a couple hours later than scheduled due to weather.  They kept me in the loop so I didn't waste my day sitting around the house waiting for them. When they started the job, they were very professional about getting the job done in a timely fashion. "Great! Ryan Boulanger came out, checked roof, found two "hits" that didn't penetrate. Said it needed no attention but he would be back in August to check again in case the heat of the summer uncovered damage that isn't immediately apparent.
When they put the roof on a year ago, they worked quickly, did a good job, cleaned up. Cost was totally insurance so I can't detail that. A few months after install, I noticed a very, very tiny discoloration in the ceiling. I called RBC. Ryan came right out and found a very small area around a vent pipe that wasn't sealed. He immediately fixed and insisted on calling his painter to come fix the discoloration ... all at this expense.

"Super nice guys. Very eager to please. Did some things extra at no charge. He noticed and so had cemented a large stone step that had come loose, just to be nice. He even painted the workbench (unrequested).   Work done:  Replaced several 2x4s  that had rotted. Sprayed the area with anti-mildew product, then replaced damaged paneling, and painted those areas. Gave advice on some runoff drainage needed for the area.

"It was a great experience.  There was a bit of confusion at first as to who I needed to speak to  to have an estimate made.  This was cleared up easily and the estimate went through without a hitch.  I was able to schedule the work to be done the following and it was very flexible.  David and Andy were very professional and polite.  The work done was above par and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any roofing done.  They definitely went above and beyond!

"I first signed up for the big deal $399 solar attic fan. I. Was a bit concerned that this size would not be large enough to do much good. HPC checked my property out, and we opted for a more powerful unit. They came as promised, on time, and even called me when they were on their way. They gave me a nice discount on the bigger fan.

After they finished, I asked them about the radiant shield of my attic, he explained the benefits of the application, and gave me a price quote based on my square footage. As I had just moved in I had things piled up in front of the attic access. They said they would move the boxes, no problem.

When they came back, I had cleared a space (inspired by how nice and professional they were), and they got to work. I noticed the insulation machine in their truck, and asked them to check mine while they were up there. Turns out I did need more to bring it up to standard. They had just finished a job prior to mine, and were out of materials. Instead of making me wait, they went to the supply store and were able to install the instillation that very day.

On every job, they gave me a very great price. I am a careful shopper, and looked around before using Home Performance Concepts. I am so glad I did! Awesome service and super prices!

HPC did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would. Hard working, neat, cleaned up after the projects. I will use them again and recommend them to friends.
