"The company was able to do the work start to finish in about 2 weeks total. once the original roof was removed from over the garage, a lot of repair work had to be completed where the leaks had been and a second layer of 3/4 " decking was applied since the old deck was covered in tar. The workers applied a extra extension out from the wall all way around the deck so the water would drip further away from the wall, they used hardy board cut to about 5" and attached to upper edge than put the decking lip out over it than the drip edging.  The product used for the roof was glued to the deck and all seems heat sealed (like a beach ball). an extra layer was added just out the sliding doors. *when wet, this stuff is very slippery and you can slide right off the edge* I chose the white to reflect the heat off the top of garage, works well, I used a soft bristle push broom and water hose to clean the deck. I had guttering attached a year later. The new siding and sheathing has added lots of value to the house and a much cleaner look. The roof on the work shop was completed in 2 1/2 days, I used decking with reflective heat barrier and hardy board for the eaves. (I had already rebuilt the garage up to the roof line myself using sheathing and hardy board all around.) Only one real issue was when the power line was reattached to the front of the structure, they got it too low, however the site supervisor came out to look at it and agreed (could reach up and touch the wire, and I'm short). He sent a man out the next day and fixed it to original height.  
     I am pleased with the outcome and energy efficiency has jumped immensely."

These people came into my
home to create a bathroom out of a mess. 
We had to completely gut the bath that contained an old garden tub and
really bad cabinets.  After clearing the
mess Dream Renovations began to build a beautiful walk in shower and bath area
with everything we desired.  They
constructed a linen closet, new cabinets, stripped off old wall paper and did
interior design as well as construction. 
The owner, Cane Caldwell is
basically an artist with a sense of perfection. If you are like me and do not
see a finished product with construction, you can rest in Cane?s ability to do
so.  If there is something along the way
that you want to change they are very accommodating with that also.  Let me just say that I have a dream new bath.
I also want to comment on the
character of Mr. Caldwell who has a sense of responsibility and integrity.  He did everything we ask while doing his best
to keep to the time we requested. 
Renovations can be hard to predict since there is always the possibility
of the unexpected.  We sailed through a
couple of those with a great attitude and sense of responsibility from this
business.
