DO NOT HIRE TRI PLY ROOFING!!! Predatory practices and shoddy work. I was overcharged for a roof leak repair job. Would not accept payment other than cash or app. I was forced to pay cash as the app would not allow me to pay over a certain amount. The leak is still present. I have reached out to Tommy multiple times to honor the ?2yr warranty? he promised. He will not return my emails or calls, and is now blocking my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOMMY OR ANYONE FROM TRI PLY ROOFING!

Tommy and his crew are very nice and got the job do at a blink of an eye, they cleaned up so quickly outside and inside couldn’t tell they were even here.

Tommy gave me estimates for both repair and tear off and replace. He quoted me best rates on both. I chose the replacement and he had his crew and himself at my home ready to go to work as early as allowable. I was aware of exactly what would be done before he started. He was very professional, courteous and reassuring every step and he kept me updated on progress frequently. I hope to not have a need any time soon, but If I do, I won't hesitate to call him for any thing I need done......not just roofing, but electrical or any thing else.

Hard working, excellent diagnostics great repair Update 8/26/23... Tommy, at Tri-Ply Roofing Services insisted that I needed to replace the aluminum roof on my garage workshop. I signed his contract for $11,000, and they replaced it with wood decking, tar paper and granular roofing. At the end of the job he increased the charge by $1,700, to $12,700 to correct his design error, the roof front overhang was eliminated. Their design didn't properly support the 'new' roof weight. After telling him MANY times that the beams were sagging and I thought it would collapse, it did so on March 16, 2023, onto my new silverado truck! Tommy said it was not his roof design, it was an act of God that the roof collapsed from water gathering on the roof. His design incorporated the aluminum cross-beams that supported the original aluminum roofing material. The walls were pulled inward from the roof collapse and the building had to be torn down & rebuilt! What a disaster! My out-of-pocket costs for doing business with Tommy at Tri-ply Roofing Services: $12,700 Tommy's new 'collapsed' roof; $4,750 insurance copay to restore building, $1,000 copay to repair the truck, $7,450 Diminished Value of my new truck; for a total of out-of-pocket expense: $25,900! In addition to my out-of-pocket costs, my insurance company paid $13,000 to restore my truck and $48,084 to restore the building!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TOMMY AT TRI-PLY ROOFING SERVICES!!

Mr. Tommy very friendly and a honest and professional in business. They were on time start working at 8:00 a.m. completed at 4:00 p.m. Mr. Tommy was sick Wednesday show up today on Friday and completed the job as agree. They went extra mile repaired my wooden fence in backyard and trim my trees that was damaged by windstorm. I would like to recommend him as job well done on my roof replacement, I will be calling him back for future remodeling jobs at my home. Thank you.

When a professional company supposes to complete the job so you do not have the same problem then you should not hire this company because that is exactly what they did in fact my home is worst off now than it was before he came. I recommended this company and I suggest you research these contractors before they come to your home because he is absolutely the worst contractor that I have even hired. I will not make that mistake again. you have been warned!!!!!

Tommy and his team were outstanding. I needed a portion of my soffit and fascia replaced due to water damage from rain. Tommy was happy to work around my extremely busy schedule to give me an estimate for the job. I received an estimate on Friday and was expecting Tommy to schedule the job to be done in about 2 to 3 weeks. I was shocked and extremely grateful that he was able to schedule me the following day, Saturday. I explained to him that I had a wedding to go to and didn't know what time I would return, but I would leave the gate open if he decided to come by while we were out. I checked my cameras at the wedding and what do I see? Tommy and his team hard at work repairing my house. After arriving home an hour or so later, they were done. The damaged area now looks brand new again. Thank you Tri Ply, I will be seeing you again in the near future for my siding that needs to be replaced. Oh, and their pricing was very affordable, lower than I expected, so they have found a customer for life. Thank you Tommy and the Tri Ply team!

Tri-Ply roofing's owner, (Tommy) came and visited the roof, gave me an estimate. We negotiated the cost and he worked with me on the price of the repair. Two days later, he fixed the roof in timely manner. I recommend this company to everybody who needs repairs around his/her house.

A few years ago back I needed to get my roof replaced and the insurance company told me to find a roofer so I went out and found a couple of roofers to give me an estimate on my roof and one of the roofers was Tommy he was very helpful he talked to me and told me everything step by step so I went ahead and decided to hire him and it was a great decision there was no surprises he gave me a date when the work was going to be done and it was done and one of the best things was when you go with his company he gives you a warranty that's how much he trusted in his work and you charge a very reasonable price
