"I gave one of managers at HHI my punch list of items to be fixed. It included almost every spectrum of work except HVAC and plumbing. The manager actually BID the job, instead of quoting a price per the hour. This was extremely refreshing as I knew from the get go that ALL the work would be completed and there was no question of how much. I thought the amount agreed upon was fair. Two techs showed up to my house, on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and they quickly went to work, knocking out the easier items first and the buckling down on the more difficult.
