I had a specific size in mind. I obtained a few estimates and found that Vargas Construction LLC was the best option for me. I wanted a carport that was more than just a tin roof and a specific size. Julio gave me material options to consider as well. They got the job done and I am so happy with the results. The carport matches the house just as I wanted. They even added rain gutters :). My only complaint was that during the construction, the workers had the materials scattered in my yard instead of neatly staking in one spot. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them.

The work Julio and his team performed was very high quality. They were transparent about the work, pricing and timing. They were also efficient and took care of my property through the install/remodel and were able to successfully accommodate several changes I made throughout the project. I would definitely use them for future projects.

Had a fantastic experience with Vargas Construction. Julio and his father were both very easy to work with, reliable and transparent. They did an incredible job with our deck and finished the project in a timely fashion. Would highly reccomend!

Mr. Vargas does not keep his word when called to correct something that is not working or is incomplete. He will say he is coming but he is a no show again and again. My husband and I are tired of calling/texting him about the matter such as water seeping into the room, or a sliding screen door that did not slide. We had to hire another person to resolve these issues. He and his crew showed up daily and were very good at cleaning up behind themselves.

Julio and his crew removed the old 2" x 4" wire on my large 3 year old catio and replaced it with 1" x 1" wire mesh, ensuring that all spaces were covered and safe for all my critters. They also sealed the canopy where the rain would wash back and flow underneath into the covered area. They did a beautiful job on this unconventional and sometimes frustrating structure. I'm so happy I found these folks. I will hire them again and highly recommend.

Julio replaced our rotted out wooden deck with Trex material. He called then came out the first day that I requested him through Home Advisor. He and his crew removed our old deck and replaced with Trex. I was concerned about certain areas of the deck where heavy pot plants sit so he double reinforced those areas with wood before installing the Trex so I wouldn't have any bowing of those areas. Julio is a genuinely kind person. He cares about his work and he is dedicated to making the customer happy and doing a top-notch job. I have no complaints. I will definitely hire him again.

Julio and his crew did an incredible job replacing all the baseboards in my home. It only took them the afternoon, and they did really good work. Julio followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. I will definitely hire Vargas Construction again!

Very timely and Professional. Reasonably priced. Came out next day. Will use again. Replaced wooden trim outside two windows with hardiboard,

Julio is awesome to work with. My deck was in need of replacement and redesigned. He did an outstanding job. He listened to and addressed all my concerns. After completing the job, we did a walk through to make sure it was to my satisfaction. He and his crew are very hard workers. I know I will not hesitate contacting him with any future projects.

Mr. Vargas was very nice and professional. When everything was finished he did a walk through with me to make sure everything was done right and made sure that things were cleaned up . His guys did an awesome job.

Vegas couldn’t have been better. Finished the pull down ladder, expanded the door to furnace. Did a few extra things. Great job !
