"I should give this guy a bad review just so everyone will leave him alone so we can have him all to ourselves, but I can't. Tuck's work is so incredible and is very reliable on getting our lawn work done in a timely manner and I never have to track him down. Moisture and rot are the largest threat to wooden fences. Stain can help your wood fence last 15 to 20 years, but only if you choose a stain with waterproofing qualities or add a sealant. Oil-based stains create a thicker moisture barrier than water-based stains, though both are mold and mildew resistant.
